SUP BASICS

Learn to stand up and gain the skills and confidence to start stand up paddling

Although paddling is easy, the benefit of taking a lesson is that you are coached in the right technique from the beginning. No bad habits to un-do later!

Knowing the right technique helps you make sure you are using the right muscles (e.g. your core not your arms!) to power you.
