Social Paddles
Would you like to paddle more often, and meet fellow paddlers?
Social paddles are all about helping you spend more time on the water, and hopefully making a few ‘paddle buddies’.
And that starts with social paddles!
Fostering a thriving community for paddlers across the Eastern Suburbs was the main driver for starting Double Bay Sup School.
For me, the best part of paddling, wasn’t just learning a new skill, spending more time on the harbour or getting fitter - it was the people I met. Social paddles are for people who:
love paddling, but don’t love paddling alone
invested in their own board, but don’t feel they use it as much as they hoped
have had a few lessons, and want to embed their skills by spending more time on the water
Accompanied by an Instructor
I join all social paddles so I can provide tips and guidance - when it’s helpful!
Social paddles are about fun and just spending time on the water, so I try not to spent too much time correcting your technique!
